Obituary of Richard D. Fuller
Richard Donald Fuller was born on August 8, 1952 in Wyandotte, Michigan. He was one of four children born from the union of Donald and Betty (Exelby) Fuller.
Richard married the love of his life, the former Arlene Files on December 24, 1991. To provide for his family, Richard worked many years as a parts inspector with the Ford Motor Company.
Richard had an appreciation of classic things, especially fast cars. He was particularly fond of his orange, seventy-six Chevrolet Corvette Stingray and a sixty-two red, white and blue, Chevy Nova. He enjoyed taking small trips around Michigan on his Harley Davison motorcycle.
Collecting firearms was a favorite hobby of Richard’s. He attended many local farm auctions to purchase all the guns.
Richard was a friend to all, and in fact never met a stranger. As a man who appreciated the great outdoors, he was frequently seen hunting for deer, pheasant and rabbit on his property in Port Austin, Michigan. Above anything he loved children, besides his own children and grandchildren, he cherished his nieces and nephews.
Richard Donald Fuller, age 70 of Dundee, passed away at 3:30am on Sunday; February 19, 2023, while under the care of Medilodge of Monroe. His passing was preceded by his parents; and two brothers: Dave Fuller and Ronnie Fuller.
