Hospitality Services

Merkle Funeral Service,  has organized receptions in our wonderful reception rooms, for families in their homes, as well as in reception halls within our community. While dealing with the loss of a loved one is an emotional time for the family, here at Merkle Funeral Service, we offer to make your arrangements for the reception.  No event is too small or too large for our resourceful planners. We are capable of providing any service for any number of guests.

Our team also can assist out of town guests with HOTEL RESERVATIONS (we do have established bereavement rates at most area lodging facilities), TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS, and LOCAL TRANSPORTATION.

Food and Menu Offering:

Many families do not have adequate time for meal preparation. Other families greatly appreciate the convenience of having meals prepared for them.  Let us be of service by allowing our Hospitality Director to plan meals simply for you and your family or include all of your guests.
