Robert Eugene Shearon Jr. was born on July 17, 1956 in Trenton, Michigan. He was born to the union of Robert E. Shearon Sr. and the late Faye (Graffe) Shearon. Robert was a 1974 graduate of River Rouge High School. He then served his country honorably as a member of the United States Marine Corp.
Robert married the love of his life the former Jeri Sparks on February 15, 1992 at Bethany Baptist Church in Monroe. He supported his wife and five children as a dispatcher at the Load One Company for many years.
Robert loved watching Duck Dynasty, the History Channel, reading books, and playing military games on the computer. He loved animals, both dogs and cats, and often fed the birds and raccoons. Robert especially enjoyed fishing.
Robert was highly respected by all those who knew him. He was a quiet gentleman, but was still strong, very assertive, and honest. He had an amazing calm about him even under the most stressful circumstances. More than anything, Robert cherished his family.
