I can't believe it's already been a week since you've been gone :( I love you more than you will ever know Gram, and please know that you truly helped me to become the person I am today! I thank you for all that you have ever done for me, and especially for helping me to see the true meaning of family. I will always cherish the memories we've had together, and will never forget the things you've taught me! You were one of a kind, and your memory will live in my heart forever! The past six years have especially been one of a kind! Being at your side and caring for you was the least Mom and I could do for you, especially after all you've ever done for us! I would do it all over again, because you meant the world to me, and you deserve the best! I truly believe that being with family helped you to push yourself the furthest, and stay with us as long as you did. You were one of the GREATEST women I've ever known, and I aspire to be half the woman you were. I know in my heart that you are in a better place, and reunited with the ones you love.
