I want to send my condolences to the family of Edith Loope. I knew her when I was very young due to the fact that she was very good friends with my granny, Billie Jean Goins. Had I heard of her passing, I would have come to the funeral home to pay my respects. I am so glad that she had such a long life. I lost my granny in 2000, and I still miss her everyday. Now those two are hanging out together up in Heaven. Again, I give my condolences and sympathy to her family. I know she will be missed.

I wish to add a condolence to the Loope family. I was raised in the East Side of Monroe along with the Loope family. Everyday I would pass by their house when I came and went from Lincoln School. They were a close family and they would always have a smile and I guess they learned it from their mother and father. I would occasionally see Mrs. Loope working around the house and since I was friends with Gary and Bud, sometimes I would go inside their house and also see Mrs. Loope there. I am sorry to hear of her passing and I hope the family is taking it well. God Bless you all.
