I happen to read this because my friend Deb Augusta posted this on the Facebook. Thank you Deb. I am very sad to learn this of Jayne because she was very special to me. I pray for her soul and offer my condolences to her family.
I have worked with Jayne a few different times. The first time I met her was a few years back sometime in 2000. She was upbeat, optimistic. I remember a lot of laughter in between and sharing fond and fun stories mainly of family. She loved to walk.
For the children (although you are all grown up while we were talking about you), if you can remember the glass votive holders for one of your weddings, those were from me. I think that's how she was able to remember me because of those things. We would both laugh talking about those because she'd reuse them for another wedding.
For Mike, her husband, she talked so lovingly of you, such a supportive spouse. I did meet you once and she was right.
The last time I saw her was 2 or 3 years ago. She was having a rough time and would talk about it but she would not show the struggle she was going through. Like Nancy said, she was a trooper.
Jayne, you are truly missed.

Jayne and I started working about the same time. I knew Jayne for 30 years.
I saw the happy time and sad time with her. Jayne was one in a million. Always giving of herself, thinking of others. What a fantastic person she was. Jayne went thru a lot this past year. But still remained a trooper thru it all. Jayne will always hold a special place in my heart and will alway be on my mind. God bless you My dear Friend. You will truly be missed. Love Ya

Aunt Jayne was one of those very special people who colored the world with laughter and love. My very earliest memory of her was when she would stop over after work at one of her first jobs, Barnacle Bill’s, and bring me warm french fries left over from her shift. To her little nephew, that forever qualified her as my “cool Aunt Jayne”. Over the years, she was always there at every stage of my life with her quick smile and loving support. She raised three wonderful children, and to each of them, their families, and Uncle Mike, I give my very deepest sympathies. Aunt Jayne has left us far too soon, but the memory of her infectious smile, her warm laughter and her vibrant spirit will forever remain with me. God Bless your soul, Aunt Dee.

I pray that God will hold your beautiful family in His Hands and you will be comforted by the wonderful and strong faith that was the center of Aunt Jayne's life. She loved God and family and she was Blessed by having a wonderful husband and three amazing children and she shared many happy stories with me of her Grandchildren who she could not have loved more! My thoughts and prayers are with everyone who knew and loved Aunt Jayne, especially her family. She loved you all with a beautiful love that I pray you will always hold in your heart. I know she wants you to remember her laughing and happy. May God shower you with His Love and Comfort now and always! God Bless Linda McAlpin
