Please share a memory of Robert to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Robert Godfrey William Fiedler was born in Monroe, Michigan on September 12, 1976. He was one of three children of James Reinhardt and Judy (Fiedler) Reinhardt.  He graduated from Monroe High School.

Life for Robert began on a rocky path, but it eventually provided him with a strong sense of resilience. He moved his family to Nashville, Tennessee, in search of better opportunities. However, among these possibilities, he found himself struggling to find a sense of belonging. Seeking a fresh start, Robert then moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. Unfortunately, life didn’t go as planned, and his past caught up with him, leading to a period of incarceration.

It was during this time that he experienced a transformation. He discovered the House of Judah, a recovery organization dedicated to helping individuals recover from addiction and find new purpose. Inspired by their mission, Robert decided to turn his life around, dedicating himself to personal growth as well as helping others; he became a lead behavioral health technician at Virtue Recovery in Las Vegas. Working closely with this organization, he spread the message of hope and encouragement.

Robert became a passionate advocate for change, visiting schools and churches and speaking to anyone who would listen. His speeches, drawing from his own life experiences, made a significant impact on young people and those struggling with addiction. He also leveraged social media platforms, like TikTok, to share his story with a wider audience, inspiring individuals to pursue recovery.

Despite the challenges, Robert never lost touch with his children. He often would FaceTime them to check in, share moments of laughter, and lovingly tease them.
