Obituary of Mark Christopher Siebarth
Mark Christopher Siebarth was born in Monroe, Michigan on October 27, 1966. He was one of two boys blessed to the union of Ronald and Frances (Fowler) Siebarth. Mark was also lucky to have five siblings that he shared his childhood with. He graduated from Monroe High School in 1984.
During high school, he worked at Ace Hardware, learning invaluable skills. He later obtained an internship at Midway Products while pursuing his education, eventually becoming a full-time employee as a CAD Designer, where he continued to grow both personally and professionally.
A devoted sports fan, Mark passionately supported his local teams, the Detroit Red Wings, Lions, and Tigers. He could often be found cheering for his teams, whether from the stands or the comfort of his living room. His love for sports extended beyond watching; he enjoyed playing basketball at the community center, where he cultivated friendships and shared his competitive spirit.
Mark's zest for life was evident in his active lifestyle. He enjoyed weightlifting, riding his bike, and spending time outdoors, appreciating the beauty of nature and the simple joys it brings. His enthusiasm for fitness was a testament to him striving to live life to the fullest.
Mark Christopher Siebarth, age 57, tragically lost his life from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Thursday; October 10, 2024, in Detroit, Michigan. His passing was preceded by his parents: Ronald Siebarth, and Frances Siebarth-Nelson; Stepfather: Marvin A Nelson and Sister in-law: Laura A. Siebarth
His memory will live on in the hearts of his beloved siblings: Adam Siebarth, Mary (Jerry) Wetzel, Judy (Joe) Bailey, Mike Nelson, John (Jalia) Nelson, and Marie (Glenn) Frazier; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Friends may gather from 1:30pm until 6:00pm on Tuesday October 22, 2024, at Merkle Funeral Service, North Monroe; 2442 North Monroe Street, Monroe, Michigan 48162 (734) 384-5185. A Celebration of His Life will begin at 6:00pm also at Merkle’s. Cremation will follow through Covenant Cremation of Erie, Michigan, a division of Merkle Enterprises, Inc.
