The Kastura and Chipman family was my second family. Josh would always ask us which radio station that we wanted to listen to when we were headed to Canada and we always chose his favorite Country Gold Saturday night! He always said he didn't understand why we all liked his kind of music but it was the best! He will be missed by so many. The scouts were my second family and Josh was like an Uncle to me. God Bless you all and we will see Uncle in Heaven when it is our turn!!! Love you all and my heart goes out to you as we say goodbye to our friend

You always know when Josh was around. He was always talking to someone Whether it was a friend or stranger he put an impact on that person's life. He was great with the scouts and my sons were blessed to have him & Duane as their leader along with Dee was (and still always will be) for Carrie. The one time when all of us had to cook 5,000 hot dogs for the Edison picnic was a job. Love Josh and will miss him dearly. Glad we got to see him before he passed. God knows whats best for him. Love to all, Leroy & Dian.

Dee and family, So sorry to hear about Josh. Heartfelt sympathy to you and family. I remember him as a very kind, friendly man who gave so much to the Girl Scout “family” that I was involved with. Know that he is now in a place without any pain, sadness or worry’s. Blessings and prayers to you. Pat

Deepest sympathy to the family. Some of my fondest childhood memories were spent with Mr. Kastura and the family during the time I lived on the Peninsula and was active in the Boy Scouts. They were like a second family to me, and Mr. Kastura was a major part of making me feel welcome.

Dear Kastura/Chipman family, my heart foes out to all of you. George (Josh) has always been a part of my family. I was very blessed to have known him for over 35 years. Josh was the most giving person and could always keep a conversation going. He never met a person that that didn't become an instant friend. I will surely miss him . Go in peace my friend ON EAGLES WINGS. XXXX
