As I just now heard of Guy's passing, I will miss him. I got the chance to know Guy about 2 years ago. I only had the opportunity to see him once a month when he came into my work, but I loved hearing his monthly stories about going to the race tracks and about his old cars he was going to re-build. I will miss seeing him every month. My thoughts and prayers are with family and friends of Guys.

Delightfully cantankerous, insightful and opinionated, Chief will be greatly missed. It should always be noted - he raised a fine son in Doug. The Mopars he campaigned will live long in the history of Milan Dragway. R.I.P., Big guy...

Chief, you've been a part of my life since I was 16. Cam loved you with his entire heart and I can remember being schooled on the finer points of drag racing in your living room while watching NHRA Today. You taught me about MOPARs and you were someone very important to my family. You raised my best friend, Doug, to be a caring, generous man. My family and I will take care of him just like he took care of us after Cam died. I'll miss your comments and words of encouragement on facebook...when I was proud, you were proud. The best things I can remember was our facebook conversation about Riley..."why do I always have to be the a**" Haha...but you were trying not to hurt his feelings! I promise to be here to look out for Doug and Kathy and my final nursing degree, Nurse Practicioner, specializing in Gerontological nursing, will be in your honor. Thank you for being a part of my life...say "hi" to Cam for me. love, Amie

My family would like to let the Chief Wiseman family know that we are thinking of you and praying for your comfort. Chiefy was someone I always looked forward to seeing at family reunions to hear his stories, especially about his cars. Great memory for me was hearing his Roadrunner coming from 5 miles away at the Liberty Corner's festival a few years ago. We were all wondering what is that loud noise..and as the car got closer we kept looking to see who is driving a car that is that loud..sure enough a proud and smiling Guy Harold Wiseman Jr pulled in..backed into his spot..and got out like nothing out of the normal had just happened..it was an awesome Chief moment that I will never forget!

We are deeply saddened at the loss of Guy Wiseman. We remember Chief as a most caring, loving person. Chief - Not only will you be missed by your immediate family - but also by your racing family - and especially by your MOPAR family. The MOPAR events will never be the same. We will always remember the times shared together when drag racing... Doing repairs in between rounds... Running all over half of the earth to find a deal on MOPAR parts... Always trying to make our cars look and perform better. Chief - you are truly running with the BIG DOGS now.. GOD "SPEED" will have a whole new meaning... We will miss you.

Wiseman, The world has lost one of its truly original people.... I was so glad the world on electronic communications brought us back into contact and am very happy the past 6 months I was able to joke with Chief again like we used to back at the track all during the 90's. I was always amazed the way Chief and Doug were like best friends back then and now, everyone should be so lucky to have a true best friend and buddy in life like the two of them. My Condolence to the family and I am sure you all will have a life time of memories from him that will creat endless memories. Rest in peace Chief, we will all see you at the finish line one day......oh and get practice in on your lights!!! ; )
