We were sorry to hear about Uncle Gilbert, but know that he lived a full, honorable and Godly life and is now in a place free of suffering and pain and to be with our loved ones who have gone before him. We will miss his Christmas card this year and not being able to visit him in a future trip to Monroe.

Gilbert and Flossie were my second set of parents. I met their daughter Debbie in 7th or 8th grade. We instantly became best friends forever. Debbie's cousin Paulie lived down the street from Debbie. So between the two houses I could of lived on 8th street.
Gilbert and Flossie were always very good to me. They truly made me feel part of the family. I remember one time I ran away from home straight to Debbie's house. Gilbert and Flossie let me stay there. I think it was only for a night then I went back to my house. LOL
I have wonderful memories of Gilbert. Well Dad tell Mom I said hi and I'll see you both again one day.
