Obituary of Gregory Stokes
Please share a memory of Gregory to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Greg Stokes was born in Trenton, Michigan on February 7, 1984. He was the son of Greg Charney and Lori (Stokes) Pate. Greg attended Enterprise High School in Romeo, where he received his diploma.
Greg was a "Jack of All Trades" with an entrepreneurial spirit. He had a passion for cooking and looked forward to the future when he dreamed one day he would open his own catering business. For the past year, he had worked as a Chef for Malone's. Greg was also very artistic, designing many tattoos and playing the guitar.
Greg was polite and loved being around little children and animals. He was warm and loving and never said no to anyone when asked to do something. Greg loved getting the family together, whether it was to solve issues or just to cook for them. He enjoyed working on cars and going to the Upper Peninsula for snowmobiling with his father.
Greg Stokes, age 29 of Monroe, passed away on Friday, November 22, 2013. His passing was preceded by a maternal aunt: Cathy Stokes.
