Theresa Ann Attard was born in Detroit, Michigan on June 27, 1939. She was one of two children born from the union of the late John Attard and the late Ann Attard. She attended Cody High School in Detroit.
Theresa married the love of her life Thaddeus Prylo in Detroit. From this union the couple would celebrate the birth of three sons. For more than twenty years, Theresa would work in Collections for Montgomery Ward. She retired in 1982.
Theresa enjoyed socializing with others. She was an extremely independent woman living life the way that she wanted. Theresa made her home with a beloved cat: Emma. She enjoyed garage saleing, shopping, and crocheting. Theresa loved to spend time with her family and she was especially fond of the time that she was able to spend with her grandchildren. Theresa enjoyed the holidays most of all because it was always an opportunity to get her family together.
Theresa Ann Prylo age 74 of Monroe passed away at home on Saturday, November 16, 2013. In addition to her parents her passing was preceded by her beloved husband in 1985 and a sister-in-law: Mae Attard.
To cherish her memory she leaves three children: Dennis (Robin) Prylo of Michigan, David (Rose) Prylo of Monroe, and Daniel (Cindy) Prylo of Farmington; one brother: Edward Attard of Utah; several grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A Private Gathering and Service was held on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at Merkle Funeral Service, 2442 North Monroe Street (734) 384-5185. Deacon Ken Trabbic of St. Stephen Catholic Church in New Boston officiated. Cremation has taken place through Southern Michigan Services in Livonia, Michigan.
