She relocated to Florida to care for her parents in 1996 until recently after battling health issues she moved back to Monroe to be with her family.
Isla was an avid shopper of all types. She loved to socialize with her friends at the casino, playing bingo and eating out at her favorite restaurants, Big Boy and Red Lobster. Isla delighted in cooking and baking for family occasions and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren who meant the world to her. In her quiet times she enjoyed jig saw puzzles, swinging on the porch and relaxing with her favorite shows, CSI, Law and Order and anything with Chuck Norris.
