A stronger man I never knew, a work ethic few can match, a man's man, a family man who always tried his best at everything he did. I'm so happy I was blessed with the parents I had, Daddy, Moma (Daisy Britton) and a wonderful Step mother Mary McKee.
Forever In my heart, I Love and miss you Daddy !

I worked with Jim for more than 18 years at North Star Steel.During those years we worked together, and did a lot of riding our motorcycles. Jim always kidded me about getting a real motorcycle instead of the Harleys I had...I always replied, I'll catch up eventually. We enjoyed many rides together, our rides to Washington DC were always the best!Jim was a good man, worker, friend and an enjoyable person to be with. Ride Free Brother.....

Tim, Patty, Jim/Mary and I all had a Rummage Sale at Tim's house in Taylor about 3 years ago. We had a bell that we rang every time someone made a sale. Jim was in charge of the bell, but at one point he was a little slow in ringing the bell.... so I shouted, "Ring the Damned bell Daddy!". We had such a laugh at just the way it came out. It's my fondest memory of Jim.
To the entire family, I send my most heartfelt condolences on your loss. Rest Easy, Jim.

I tried to paste it here, but the system kept messing up the formatting. So, I made it into a PDF file, and it's here:
