Obituary of Todd Vanderbush
Please share a memory of Todd to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Todd Michael Vanderbush was born in Monroe on September 24, 1978 to the parents of Dennie Vanderbush and Judy Bostic. Todd and his twin brother attended Airport High School, graduating with the Class of 1997.
He had been employed on the assembly line at Chrysler Trenton Engine. Todd loved the outdoors and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. Todd enjoyed long rides and had recently toured the Grand Canyon, Mount Rushmore, and the glaciers in Idaho with his buddies. It was a trip of a lifetime. He also enjoyed deer hunting and four-wheeling.
Todd's family and friends were important to him, and he spent time visiting them frequently. Although he did not have children of his own, Todd treated his nieces and nephew as if they were his, keeping them on their toes with his teasing.
Todd, age 35, of Carleton passed away on Sunday, October 13, 2013 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. His passing was preceded by maternal grandfather: Raymond Bostic and paternal grandparents: Anthony and Mary Vanderbush.
To cherish his memory, Todd leaves his father: Dennie Vanderbush of Carleton; his mother: Judy (Randy) Hagerman of Carleton; his twin brother: Ryan Vanderbush of Carleton; his sister: Sherry (Matt) Brubaker of Ann Arbor; his maternal grandmother: Annabelle Bostic of Monroe; four nieces and a nephew: Gavin and Victoria Vanderbush, Alaina and Kelsey Brubaker, and Aubrey DuVall; and many aunts and uncles.
