Obituary of Freddy Wayne Skeen

Freddy Wayne Skeen was born on January 3, 1950 in LaFollette Tn. He was the only child born from the union of the late Carlos Skeen and the late Tommy Faye Hendrickson Skeen.  He attended LaFollette High School and married the love of his life Deloris Bunch on September 23, 1967. From this union would come the birth of three children.

Fred was a hard worker and supported his family employed at TMC Transportation as a Customer Representative for thirty-five years. The family moved several times throughout his career, including Monroe, before finally settling in his hometown of LaFollette.   Fred was a Member of Monroe Full Gospel Church in Monroe and as a faithful servant and volunteered for several ministries over the years.

Fred was a real friend to all who were blessed to know him. He had a great sense of humor, truly loved his wife and was compassionate about his family, especially his grandchildren. Fred always found ways to keep busy, tinkering in his shed or fixing things in their home.

In his quiet time, Fred could be found playing his keyboard, watching his favorite NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon, watching Cops or Dr. Pol or spending time in the Word with is Lord and Savior.
