Norm and I were
In the navy together. We were good friends and he made a great impression on me. I lost track of him after his discharge. Only now have I learned of his passing. My condolences to his family.

I happened to learn of Norm's death quite by accident when I was doing some research.
I "worked" for Norm while an inmate of FCI MIlan in the late 70's. Norm was a great guy and unique among prison employees. I really enjoyed being around him. I wish that I could have seen him again, outside of the institution.

This is so unreal. I keep having to tell myself I can't believe Norman died. The first time I went to Florida was with Cindy & "Big Norm". We have a lot of great memories and my heart is broken. It especially aches for my sister.
