age 91 of Dundee, passed away Thursday morning, October 30, 2014 at the home of her daughter and son in law in Yorkville, Illinois where she had made her home the past 8 years. Vi was born March 27, 1923 in New Tazewell, Tennessee, the daughter of Robert Boyd Evans and his wife Pearl Ford. She came to Monroe at 3 years of age and moved to Dundee after her marriage. She graduated from Monroe High School in the early 1940’s. She married George E. Moules September 19. 1946. They celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary in 1996. Sadly he preceded her in death August 4, 1997. She was a founding member of Dundee Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughters Linda (Syed H.) Saghir of Yorkville, Illinois; Mary Moules (Dennis Lord) of Chicago, IL; Donna J. Williams of Mukilteo, Washington; grandchildren Jamal Saghir of Chicago, Sarah Williams and Andrew Williams both of Washington State. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and brother Arnold Evans Friends may call on Sunday and Monday from 4 – 7 PM at Cover Funeral Home, 297 Tecumseh Street in Dundee (734-529-3156 888-383-4176). Funeral services will be held at 11 AM, Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at the funeral home. Officiating will be the Rev.Tim Iocoangeli, youth pastor at Monroe Missionary Baptist Church.
