I was a colleague of Ray's when he was the Director of the World College. I joined the staff in 1989 as the ICEE Program Coordinator and later worked in Marketing raising funds for the World College Annual Conference. I will always remember his good humor, sunny smile, scholarship and for his efforts to make the World College a "World Class" division of EMU. I will miss him so very much. As family you don't need me to remind you how fortunate you were to have him in your lives!

I am so sad to learn of Ray's passing. I worked across the hall from him in Goodison Hall at EMU in the 1990s and always enjoyed good conversation with him. He will be missed by so many. My sincere condolences to his family.

So sorry to hear about Dr Schaub. He was my German professor and a colleague. I was a student at EMU and an employee. After having Dr Schaub as my professor, I got to know him better while working for the Division of Continuing Education (department name at the time). He was truly a nice man and a great professor. He will be greatly missed I am sure by many. May God be with you through these trying times. My deepest Sympathies to his family and friends.

I had the pleasure of being Ray's secretary for several years when I worked the the Dept. of Foreign Languages at EMU. Ray was a very kind man and treated all who knew him well. Dan, you have my deepest sympathy.
