Willie "Huck" James Clark
June 26, 1948 - March14, 2013
Willie "Huck" James Clark was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama on June 26, 1948. He was the son of James Clark and Lucille (Pippens) Madison. Willie graduated from Monroe High School in 1966 and served his country honorably during Vietnam in the United States Army.
Huck worked for more than thirty years on the assembly line for Chrysler retiring in 2000. He was an exemplary father and was known for the love he had for family. Huck loved all of his children, but spoiled his girls. He was always willing to drop everything for anyone. He enjoyed being a grandfather to the children and would always volunteer to babysit. Huck was seen as a father figure to everyone and treated everybody with the same love and kindness. He loved to sit in the backyard and fry turkeys for everyone while whistling favorite tunes.
Huck loved to bowl in leagues at Nortel and Monroe Sports Center. He also had a passion for roller skating never missing a Saturday back in the day. Huck also liked to watch Maury say "You are the father", his response would be "Now go take care of your kid." Although most like new movies, Huck loved watching the classics, and AMC channel was for him.
