My deepest sympathy to Louise and the family. Cecil was a great friend of mine and one that was always loyal and supportive. He had a wealth of knowledge and was always willing to share. I always had the greatest amount of respect for him.

I had the honor and priveledge of working with Cecil ar the Monroe plant and traveled with him to Neuevo Laredo Mexico where he oversaw the electrical installation portion of Ford’s new plant named Lamosa. He always had a smile, and his sense of humor was second to none. He had my highest respect and it was a joy working with him.
