Obituary of Albert Rose

Albert Rose of Ferndale, Michigan and formerly of the Canadatown Community of Williamsburg, Kentucky departed this life on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at the Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. He was 83 years, 4 months, and 12 days of age. He was born on September 19, 1929 in Whitley County, Kentucky to the late William Tilford Rose and Mary Ellen Canada Rose. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Gustava Petrey Rose and a son Jimmy Daryl Rose. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He is survived by three sons, Albert Wayne Rose (Kathleen) of Warren, Michigan, Billy Ray Rose (Doris) and Jeffery Dale Rose, all of Madison Heights, Michigan; three daughters, Wilma Sue Brooksof Ferndale, Michigan, Wanda Arlene Brown (John) of Rockholds, Kentucky and Betty Lois Van Gorder (Paul) of Sterling Heights, Michigan; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; two brothers, Walter B. Rose (Vivian) and Glennis Rose, all of Williamsburg, Kentucky; two sisters, Maude Mae Lockaby of Laurel County, Kentucky and Eva Ailene Roller of Junction City, Kentucky; many nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
