Sending hugs and prayers from Texas. I remember the days of hanging out at your house..in the early 1970's. Your family was a loving family.

His smile was wide...his laugh deep. He was very tall...and I was short. But, I could walk over from Grandpa and Grandma's place across the vacant lot and we would sit and talk at Aunt Mart's house for hours. He knew me by name "fuzzy"....and it sounded OK when he called me that. HIs job as a lithographer was exciting to me. In my own work over the years I told many people about him and his "job", and how it changed. During our talks he would listen to my young dreams like an older brother. I still treasure that thought. And I share his church, the church where I was baptized. C.S.Lewis wrote this about the paradox of "faith": "Work out your own salvatiion...for it is God that worketh in you." Leonard certainly understood that text. Peace be with you my brother.
