Carol "Joy" Vogan age 73 was born on September 7, 1937 to Ervin and Katherine Kelley in Toledo, Ohio and passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at the Lake Park Nursing Facility in Sylvania, Ohio. Carol worked in the accounting department at Toledo Trust Bank for 31 years, retiring in 1994. She attended Gesu Elementary School, Notre Dame Academy, and attended one year at St. Vincent Hospital Nursing School. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Delbert of 38 years. She is survived and will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, sister-in-law, and friends.
Friends may gather for a memorial service at Toledo Memorial Park 6382 Monroe Street, Sylvania, OH on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at 2:00 p.m.
