Carolyn was born in Toledo September 9, 1925; daughter of Lloyd and May (Plummer) Stanbery. Married John Onisko December 23, 1945.
Carolyn took care of her family as a homemaker, which was important to her. She was a nurturing loving mother, grandmother, and friend. On a scale of one to ten, her mothering skills were a ten. She was a woman of great intelligence and patience.
Carolyn Onisko age 87, of Toledo passed September 10, 2012. She is survived by children: Judy Getzinger, John Onisko, Richard (Cathy) Onisko, and Nancy Onisko; grandchildren: Michael and Kristen Getzinger; and great-grandchildren: Olivia, Alyssa, and Madison Johnson.
