Sally Ann Leonard was born in Monroe, Michigan on February 26, 1943. She was one of three children born from the union of the late James and Mildred (Raymond) Leonard. Sally attended Monroe High School.
Sally had a heart of gold with a very kind gentle spirit, and always had a willingness to help others. She had a great sense of humor and loved everyone. Sally enjoyed the art of engraving plaques, badges, and many other items. Often times you would find her on her front porch enjoying the weather and reading the daily newspaper.
Sally married the love of her life, Ronald Barrett on July 2, 1982 in Monroe. Together they would share their blended family. They often spent much time camping together, enjoying the outdoors. Sally was a part of the Hart Club. She often spent time on the CB radio with the name of "Sugar and Spice", and Highway Aid Radio Truck. Most importantly, Sally loved to spend the days with her loving family.
