Paul Lynn Raymond was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan on September 11, 1968. He was one of three boys born of the late Wilbur A. and the late Alice Mae (Stanley) Raymond. He attended Wayne Memorial High School. Paul worked as a stockman at Kroger in Garden City for over twenty-eight years. He enjoyed having conversation with his family, especially his older brother, Michael. Paul was always asking how his nieces and nephews were doing. He enjoyed Detroit Tiger baseball. In his last days, Paul kept his faith in God. He prayed to God, and also asked for his brother, Michael, to keep him in his prayers. Paul Lynn Raymond, age 46 of Redford, Michigan passed away at 6:57pm, Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at his home. In addition to his parents, his passing was preceded by his brother: Gordon Lynn Raymond. To cherish Paul's memory, he leaves his brother: Wilbur "Michael" (Elisa) Raymond of Texas; one niece: Katrina Raymond of Michigan; two nephews: Justin and David Raymond of Texas; and one great-nephew: Liam. A Graveside Service took place at 1:00pm on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at Michigan Memorial Park in Flat Rock with Pastor Jimmy Lawson of Community Free Will Baptist Church, officiating. Merkle Funeral Service, South Monroe, 14567 South Dixie Highway (734) 241-7070 has been entrusted with his arrangements.
