Together they raised four sons: Joseph (Barbara), Matthew (Colleen), Justin (Teresa), and Colin (Lauren), among whom are found nine beautiful grandchildren. While a woman of great personal balance, her family was always the joy and focus of her life. Marilyn had many interests including reading, walking, golf, volleyball, skiing, gardening, music, nature photography, and driving her convertible. Having lost her parents previously, Marilyn is survived by her husband and sons, 9 grandchildren, sisters Cathy (Randy Ego) of Arkansas and Lisa (Sam Wilson) of California, brothers Charles of Texas, John (Kate) of North Carolina, Ken (Beth) of Texas, and Robert (Angie) of Wisconsin, aunt Mary McMahon, and uncle Don Schumacher, both of Champaign, Illinois.
